Make A Day

I can’t let it go. It’s in my mind all the time. I can’t focus. All the memories is there. Freeze, Stop, or just fast forward. I thinking of it, thinking of that. And remember me how stupid and childish I am. My friend just say think like a man, but I am just a girl. My challenge now is to not get so emotionally involved in my thoughts, let the pulse is allowed to stay at rest and calmly and quietly wait until the next moment comes.
